This was a standout modular building project showcasing advanced planning and execution. We managed every aspect—from the installation of screw piles with a steel rail system (designed to simplify future removal and protect the sports oval), to overcoming spatial challenges with a dog-leg design due to the size of the RLU buildings.

Precision planning was key. Our team coordinated a unique double-crane setup, where one large crane supplied another to ensure efficient, safe placement of all modules. This level of detail ensures a seamless modular installation process, no matter how complex the site.
