This project involved the construction of a fully integrated modular office complex, featuring a wrap-around deck and covered roofing to enhance usability and weather protection. The build also included a dedicated lunchroom facility connected by a covered decking and walkway system, ensuring convenient and sheltered access between buildings. Additionally, two satellite toilet blocks were installed, each complete with covered landings and stair access, providing practical, compliant amenities across the site. Designed for functionality, comfort, and seamless connectivity, this project showcases our ability to deliver well-planned, turn-key modular solutions.
